The Turkish international was confirmed to be in Glasgow on Monday morning, and Celtic have now officially announced the signing, which is reportedly without a transfer fee.
Feyenoord have been trying to offload Kazim-Richards this month after banishing the striker from the club after he was filmed threatening a journalist.
Kazim-Richards joined Feyenoord in 2014 initially on loan, but the Rotterdam club made the deal permanent in the summer. In 38 Eredivisie matches, Kazim-Richards scored 12 goals.
