The SPL club are very interested in the 19-year-old, but its very unlikely to end in a transfer this month as the winger holds out until the summer for his contract at PSV to expire. The Belgian will then be available on a free transfer, and could talk to any club he wishes, with Valencia, Stoke City and Liverpool all mentioned as possible suitors.
Its been over a year since Bakkali made a big impression in the PSV first team, scoring a hat-trick against NEC Nijmegen, but after injury he fell out of favour in Eindhoven.
After refusing to sign a new deal PSV banished Bakkali to the reserves, but the winger has been unable to play recently due to a groin problem which has ruled him out for months.
