According to the Liverpool Echo, the chances of Georginio Wijnaldum leaving Liverpool are growing higher.

The 30-year-old midfielder is coming into the final months of his deal at Anfield, and no agreement over a new contract seems likely at the moment.

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that the club are already preparing for life without the Dutchman, who has been a key player under Jurgen Klopp. Curtis Jones and Naby Keita are two players seen as replacements for Wijnaldum.

The Dutch international was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona during the last transfer window but the Spanish giants didn’t have the finances to complete a deal.
