Myers is likely to move back to The Blues after his time in Eredivisie which makes the deal akin to a loan deal.
This is what the coach told the club’s official website, “I’m looking forward to joining the staff of the first team of Vitesse. I knew Vitesse and all the way football is known to me and I hope to develop together with the staff. ”
This is what technical director of Vitesse Mo Allach added, “We know the players and coaches from Chelsea FC. We are delighted that Andy wants to quit his job at Chelsea FC to join us. Andy specializes in educating talents. With the arrival of Andy we have a good mix in our technical staff, together featuring the men with a huge winning mentality. ”
For this season the west London club have already loaned Lewis Baker and Nathan to the club and others are likely to follow.
