The Independent is reporting that Chelsea have set their sights on signing Ajax winger David Neres.

The Premier League side are expected to lose star man Eden Hazard this summer. Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic was their top target but it appears he is now on his way to Real Madrid.

According to The Independent, Chelsea will now turn their attention to Ajax winger David Neres but face competition from Arsenal, PSG and Liverpool

Chelsea are potentially facing a transfer ban but are hoping to overturn the decision. Neres is rated at £40 million by Ajax.
