cruyff bA legend at both clubs, many thought the Dutchman’s allegiance to either would be in question when the two teams where drawn together in Group H of the Champions League.

However due to Cruyff’s feud with current Barcelona president Sandro Rosell, the Dutch icon will boycott the match in Nou Camp, and want the Eredivisie champions to win the match.

Cruyff told RTL late night, “I will not go to Camp Nou as long as Rosell is president at Barcelona, so I will not attend Barcelona-Ajax.”

“I also hope Ajax wins this match.”

Cruyff spent time with Ajax, and Barcelona as a player, and manager, becoming a legend with both sides, and has been an integral part behind the scenes over the years.

Cruyff guided Ajax to European cup wins, but could only do the same with Barcelona as a manager, as he took the Catalan side to the trophy in 1992.

Ajax travel to La Liga giants Barcelona on Wednesday, as they look to qualify from a group that also contains AC Milan and Celtic.
