The versatile Dutchman hasn’t been assured of a start under Jose Mourinho and only has one year left on his contract in Manchester. The club are reportedly ready to let Blind go this summer, but the man himself is hoping to remain at Old Trafford.

Blind told the Daily Mirror, “I do not really know anything yet about my future.

“I have not really thought about it either.

“But which player would not want to stay at Manchester United? That is the only thing I can say about it.”

The 27-year-old joined Manchester United from Ajax back in 2014 and has made over 100 appearances for the club since.
