Ronald de Boer believes Memphis Depay will be a big success at Manchester United if he is given time to settle.

The 21-year-old winger made a bright start to life in Manchester, after signing from PSV for £25 million in the summer, but has recently been dropped to the bench by Louis van Gaal after a dip in form.
Memphis hasn’t started a game in the Premier league since the 3-0 loss to Arsenal on October 4th, but former Dutch international Ronald de Boer believes the youngster will be a big success if given time to adapt.
De Boer told talkSPORT, “It is always difficult to come to a bigger team but it is also a different country, a different league, higher expectations and the boy is just 21 years old,”
“You need time to adjust. It takes time. We have to be patient because I still believe he has the exceptional qualities to make it for Man United.”
