de graafsch vfThe side who were relegated at the end of the 2011- 2012 Eredivisie campaign made a comeback this season but are win-less after 13 rounds of fixtures and find themselves rooted to the bottom of the table.

As they prepare to take on fellow strugglers Cambuur on Friday evening, Superboeren manger Jan Vreman says his players have the fighting spirit despite their win-less streak.

Vreman said, “We have played decent football this season, sometimes stats don’t really reflect on the league standings.

“I know the players are giving their all, they have been working hard, and I know our first will have to come,”

Vreman weighs that in football you need a combination of both hard work and luck, the latter has proved elusive for them.

The two  basement sides are yet to test victory this season, with two draws and a 11 defeats for De Graafschap while Cambuur have done some balancing, seven draws and six defeats.
