De Graafschap have moved above Cambuur after a simple 3-0 win over Roda JC on Friday evening.

The home side started strongly but had to wait until the 33rd minute to net the opening goal with Youssef El Jebli finishing off well after good work by Cas Peters.
After the break Rydell Poepon had an excellent opportunity to equalise for the visitors, but De Graafschap goalkeeper Hidde Jurjus saved the striker’s shot with his feet, and minutes later Robin Propper doubled De Graafschap’s lead with a header from a corner.
Roda JC were then awarded a penalty when Arjen Swinkel’s was pulled down, but Jurjus saved Poepon’s poor spot kick. De Graafschap sealed victory in injury time through Piotr Parzyszek.
De Graafschap move one point ahead of Cambuur at the bottom, while Roda JC sit 14th.
