Luuk de Jong scored as Sevilla earned a 2-2 draw against Atletico Madrid.

De Jong was allowed to start at the Wanda Metropolitano and the Dutchman opened the scoring after 19 minutes. The striker received the ball from Joan Jordán before firing into the net.
The fifth La Liga goal of the season for De Jong did not inspire his side to a big victory though.
Alvaro Morata equalised from the penalty spot in the 32nd minute, before Joao Felix made it 2-1 for the hosts. Lucas Ocampos equalised just before the break with another penalty. The scoreline remained 2-2 with no further goals after the break.
Sevilla now sits third in the table.
