Stefan De Vrij scored as Internazionale came from behind to defeat AC Milan 4-2 in the Milan derby on Sunday.

Inter Milan are firmly in the Serie A title race but they found themselves 2-0 down at the break with Ante Rebic and Zlatan Ibrahimovic netting for AC Milan.

A crazy first eight minutes of the second half then saw Inter draw level with Marcelo Brozovic and Matias Vecino scoring quick-fire goals.

Then with twenty minutes to go, Stefan de Vrij powerfully headed Inter in front.

Romelu Lukaku then sealed the victory late on and Inter are now sitting top of the Serie A table on goal difference.
