The 24-year-old was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer but a move to Brighton & Hove Albion broke down at the last minute with Club Brugge unwilling to sell the Dutchman.
However, after a solid start to the season, Denswil is aiming high and told Fox Sports that he is dreaming of a move to Chelsea in the future.
He said, “Everyone has a dream club and I also have: Chelsea, it would be nice if I could ever play there, as a defender you really learn to defend there.”
Denswil has made 24 appearances for the Belgian Jupiler League leaders this season, scoring four goals. He has a contract until 2020 at Club Brugge.
