Winger Halil Dervisoglu has officially completed his move to Brentford from Sparta Rotterdam.

The deal to take the Turkish youth international to England was announced in August, but Sparta were allowed to keep the winger until January.

Sparta were exploring the possibility of keeping Dervisoglu until the end of the season, but that will not happen. Brentford have confirmed that Dervisoglu has completed his move and could make his debut this weekend in the FA Cup against Stoke City.

Dervisoglu leaves Sparta after making 58 appearances for the club, scoring 16 goals and adding 12 assists. The winger earns Sparta around €3 million.
