Eredivisie’s bottom club Dordrecht are on the search for a new coach after a mutual termination of Ernie Brandts contract on Thursday.

The 59-year-old became the Dordrecht coach last May after the club had returned to the Eredivisie for the first time in 19 years. However their campaign back in the Eredivisie has been a disaster and Dordrecht sit bottom of the table after only two wins from 23 games.
A statement on the Dordrecht website stated they parted ways mutually with Brandts and added, “Both FC Dordrecht and Ernie Brandts prefer to make no further announcements on the above message.”
Dordrecht face league leaders PSV this Sunday as they look to claw back the three point gap to NAC Breda in 17th.
