Netherlands U19 captain Dean Huijsen made his Juventus debut on Sunday in their win over AC Milan.

Huijsen was on the bench for the Italian giants several times this season and finally, he was awarded his debut in the 1-0 win over AC Milan.

Huijsen got 12 minutes and afterward, head coach Massimiliano Allegri praised the centre-back in a conversation with DAZN, “I am very happy for Dean that he has made his debut for Juventus. He is only eighteen years old, but came in well and never caused problems for himself or his teammates. Dean can read the game great.”

Huijsen was born in the Netherlands but moved to Spain at the age of five. He then joined the Malaga academy before joining Juventus in 2021. He is a Netherlands U19 international.
