Edgar Davids will work as assistant coach with Keuken Kampioen Divisie side Telstar.

The former midfielder of Ajax, AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona and Internazionale did a training internship with Telstar back in 2017 as part of his training badge courses.

Now, Davids has earned himself a contract with the club and from next season he will be assistant to head coach Andries Jonker.

The 47-year-old’s only previous job was as player coach of Barnet which ended in 2014.
