CSKA Moscow has confirmed the signing of Heerenveen winger Chidera Ejuke.

The Nigerian attacker has signed a four-year deal in Russia, with Heerenveen reportedly receiving €12 million.

Ejuke signed for Heerenveen last summer from Valarenga for around €2 million. He impressed in the Eredivisie with nine goals in 25 games.

The 22-year-old becomes the third most expensive player to leave Heerenveen after Afonso Alves (€17 million) and Miralem Sulejmani (€16 million).

Heerenveen have also lost their captain Hicham Faik, who signed for Saudi side Al-Faisaly.
