Ajax have demoted Anwar El Ghazi to Jong Ajax because of his training ground bust up with Peter Bosz last week.

The winger reacted badly to being told he wasn’t part of the squad for the weekends game against Excelsior and was sent away from the club after an argument with coach Peter Bosz.
El Ghazi was summoned to a meeting on Monday with the club’s management which included Marc Overmars and Edwin van der Sar, who decided his punishment would be a month playing in the Eerste Divisie with Jong Ajax. In December the situation will be reviewed.
The Dutch international has lost his place in the Ajax starting line-up under Peter Bosz this season and has been linked with a move away in January. AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing the 21-year-old.
