According to a report in Morocco, Anwar El Ghazi is exploring the chances of switching allegiances from the Netherlands to the African nation.

The Lille winger represented Netherlands at youth level and earned two caps for the full national team under Danny Blind in 2015.
However, he hasn’t been called up since and according to Lionsdelatlas.ma, El Ghazi wants to switch to the Moroccan national team.
The 22-year-old has reportedly sat down with the Moroccan federation to discuss the switch, with lawyers working out whether it is possible, with El Ghazi having earned his two Netherlands caps during European Championship qualifiers.
