A 95th minute goal from Denni Avdic handed Heracles a crucial 1-1 draw against in-form Vitesse.

Vitesse went into the game on the back of six straight wins and they looked on course for another when Betrand Traore put them in front on 21 minutes, with a tap in after a swift attack.
Davy Propper thought he had made it 2-0 when he headed in, but referee Bjorn Kuipers ruled it out for a foul, much to the relief of the hosts who barely threatened in the first half.
After the break Heracles attacked, and after several missed opportunities they finally got their reward in the 94th minute when Denni Avdic slid the ball under Eloy Room to earn his side a point.
Heracles now sit one point from safety in 16th, while Vitesse are sixth on goal difference.
