In form Vitesse moved into the European play-off spots after a 2-0 victory over Willem II.

The home side went into the match on the back of three straight victories and they took control from the start, with Zakaria Labyad netting the opening goal after 28 minutes on the rebound when Davy Propper’s shot had struck the post.
Just before the break Vitesse doubled their lead through Bertrand Traore who curled an excellent strike into the top corner from outside the box. The on loan Chelsea star’s sixth goal of the season.
Willem II failed to mount a comeback in the second half and Vitesse comfortably held on for the win which sees them leapfrog Twente in 7th on goal difference. Willem II sit 9th.
