Vitesse have ended their bad run of form with a 3-1 win over PEC Zwolle in Arnhem.

Six league matches without a win had piled the pressure on Vitesse coach Henk Fraser but his side finally returned to winning ways on Saturday evening.
Just after the half hour mark, Vitesse were awarded a penalty for a foul on Lewis Baker and the midfielder made no mistake with his spot kick to open the scoring. Before the break, it was 2-0 as Zhang Yuning, in for the injured Ricky van Wolfswinkel, beat Mickey van der Hart.
On 67 minutes Bart Schenkeveld pulled one back for the visitors and they nearly equalised through goalkeeper van der Hart who hit the underside of the bar after going upfield for a corner. From the counter on that chance, Vitesse sealed the three points through Nathan.
The victory sees Vitesse move eighth while PEC Zwolle are 16th.
