The penultimate round of the Eredivisie took place on Sunday. Below is a round up of all nine matches.

Ajax 4-0 Twente
Ajax are one win away from the Eredivisie title after a 4-0 win over Twente in Amsterdam.
Vaclav Cerny opened the scoring on 37 minutes, but Ajax weren’t fully in control with both Jerson Cabral and Hakim Ziyech missing glorious chances to equalise before half time.
However, in the second half Mike van Der Hoorn calmed the nerves in the stadium before Viktor Fischer and Amin Younes sealed a comfortble win.
Ajax remain in front of PSV with a superior goal difference and a win over De Graafschap next week should be enough to seal the title.
PSV 6-2 Cambuur
Cambuur have officially been relegated from the Eredivisie after going down 6-2 in Eindhoven.
The Leeuwarden side gave a good account of themselves in the first half against title chasing PSV who were looking to reduce the goal difference between themselves and leaders Ajax.
Marco van Ginkel opened the scoring on fifteen minutes before Calvin Mac-Intosch stunned the hosts by equalising for Cambuur three minutes later. Luuk de Jong and Gaston Pereiro then opened up a 3-1 lead for PSV but Jack Byrne reduced the deficit before the break with an excellent strike.
However, PSV ran away with the second half as Adam Maher and Jetro Willems netted to make it 5-2 before van Ginkel added his second in injury time.
PSV now need De Graafschap to do them a favour against Ajax next week if they are to retain their title. The Eindhoven side travel to PEC Zwolle
Willem II 0-1 Feyenoord
A second half goal from Anass Achabar gave Feyenoord all three points in Tilburg.
The forward was recalled to the starting line-up with both Michiel Kramer and Dirk Kuyt out and he repaid Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s faith by scoring on 57 minutes.
Willem II failed to respond and they now have one match left to avoid the end of season relegation play-offs.
Vitesse 1-3 Utrecht
Utrecht have secured their place in the European play-off after coming from behind to beat Vitesse 3-1 in Arnhem.
The home side needed a win to keep up their chances of finishing in the top eight and they took the lead on 30 minutes through Guram Kashia.
However, on 74 minutes Nacer Barazite equalised and Vitesse fell apart leading to Ruud Boymans and Ramon Leeuwin sealing a win for Utrecht in the last five minutes.
Utrecht remain fifth while Vitesse are 10th.
Heerenveen 1-2 Groningen
Groningen moved into the play-off places with a 2-1 win over Heerenveen.
The match was Foppe de Haan’s final home game in charge of the Frisian’s and Sam Larsson got them off to the perfect start by netting on 20 minutes.
However, Groningen equalised through Idrissi eight minutes later and in the second half Albert Rusnak fired in the winner to ruin De Haan’s send off.
Groningen climb to eighth and the final play-off spot, while Heerenveen can forget about Europe down in 12th.
AZ 4-1 De Graafschap
AZ Alkmaar all but sealed their place in the Europa League next season with a convincing 4-1 win over De Graafschap.
With Feyenoord winning the KNVB Cup, fourth place has been opened up to an automatic Europa League spot, and AZ went into the game three points ahead of Utrecht.
It was the visitors who took the lead on seven minutes through Mark Diemers, but Vincent Janssen soon levelled the score from the penalty spot.
On 22 minutes Haps gave AZ the lead before Alireza Jahanbakhsh made it 3-1 before the break. A comfortable victory was then sealed in the second half by Joris van Overeem.
AZ stay three points in front of Utrecht, while De Graafschap are guaranteed to finish 17th and must now prepare for the relegation play-off.
NEC Nijmegen 1-2 Roda JC
Road JC confirmed their place in the Eredivisie next season with a 2-1 win over NEC, who were made to regret a missed penalty.
Navarone Foor gave NEC the lead on 25 minutes before the home side were awarded a penalty. Christian Santos stepped up but saw his effort saved by Benjamin van Leer.
Road JC then equalised on 45 minutes through Tom van Hyfte before Rydell Poepon fired in the winner three minutes into the second half.
Road JC stay 14th while NEC drop out of the European play-off places in ninth.
Heracles 1-1 ADO Den Haag
Heracles have booked their place in the European playoffs after a 1-1 draw with ADO Den Haag.
Edouard Duplan had ADO Den Haag on course for victory with his goal just before the hour mark, but with two minutes to go Paul Gladon equalised to seal a point.
Heracles remain 6th while ADO Den Haag are 11th.
Excelsior 2-2 PEC Zwolle
Excelsior boosted their survival hopes by earning a 2-2 draw with PECZwolle.
The Rotterdam side started the day in the bottom three behind Willem II on goal difference, but have climbed above the Tilburg side thanks to a late equaliser.
Lars Veldwijk had given the visitors the lead on 15 minutes before Tom van Weert equalised on the hour mark. Queensy Menig restored PEC Zwolle’s lead but with 10 minutes left Daan Bovenburg equalised to earn his side a crucial point.
Excelsior now travel to Cambuur next week knowing a win would maintain their Eredivisie status. PEC Zwolle remain 7th.
