AZ Alkmaar host Apollon Limassol looking to make it three wins out of three in their Europa Conference League group.

AZ Alkmaar have had an excellent start to the season and they have two wins from two in the group so far. They are also top of the Eredivisie and are the only unbeaten team left in the league.

AZ now host Cypriot side Apollon Limassol on Thursday looking to continue their fine form and a win can put them within touching distance of the next round.

Apollon Limassol has one point from their first two Europa Conference League ties and they are currently on a three-game winless streak. Coached by David Catala, Apollon Limassol are currently third in their league.

Team News

AZ are without Bruno Martins Indi, Vangelis Pavlidis, Hakon Evjen and Jens Odgaard for the clash on Thursday. Dani de Wit suffered an injury at the weekend but he is back training again and could start.

AZ to keep the good form going?

AZ could not have asked for a better start to the season and Pascal Jansen’s side are looking to keep their confidence high.

Apollon Limassol should not be underestimated but if AZ keeps their current form up then it should be three wins from three and AZ should have one foot in the next round.
