Ajax travel to Glasgow on Thursday as they look to save their Europa League campaign against Celtic.

aja celt hhhThe Eredivisie leaders have been underwhelming in the competition so far and currently sit third in their group behind Fenerbahce and Molde after three draws and one defeat. Failure to beat Scottish champions Celtic on Thursday will see Ajax exit the competition, unless Molde beat Fenerbahce in the group’s other tie.

Frank de Boer’s side couldn’t warm up for the game any better as his side comfortably hammered Cambuur 5-1 last weekend with captain Davy Klaassen netting twice to maintain Ajax’s lead at the top of the Eredivisie.

Celtic on the other hand go into the game under some pressure after the 0-0 draw at home to Kilmarnock last weekend, although Ronny Delia’s side still sit top of the table, six points ahead of Hearts.
