Russian Football club FC Rostov have been punished by UEFA due to their fans racist behavior during their Champions League playoff match against Ajax in August.

The ramifications are that FC Rostov will have their capacity reduced for their first home match in the Champions League against PSV Eindhoven.
The Olimp-2 stadium in Rostov-on-Don will see 1500 seats in the East stand remain empty. The Olimp-2 stadium has a capacity of 15,540.
FC Rostov take on PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday 28th September.
