The Daily Mail also reports that Sanjin Prcic has interest from Newcastle United. That English club would have to get rid of Hatem Ben Arfa first, then Prcic would be his replacement. However FC Twente’s interest is more concrete then the Premier League club.
Sanjin Prcic has a contract till the summer of 2015 in France, but as FC Sochaux now plays in the Ligue 2, he may look to leave the club.
The reason FC Twente goes after Prcic probably has something to do with the injury to Felipe Gutierrez. The Chilean midfielder will miss the start of the season as he undergoes surgery on his left knee.
