The Swedish winger has signed a multi-year contract with the Chinese club that is managed by Rafa Benitez.
The move comes at a bad time for Dick Advocaat with Luis Sinisterra out with a serious injury but Feyenoord could not turn down a €5 million offer for the 26-year-old.
Larsson joined Feyenoord in 2017 from Heerenveen and made 102 appearances for the club.
He now becomes a teammate of Salomon Rondon and Marek Hamsik.
