Feyenoord defeated ADO Den Haag 3-2 on Sunday to book their first home win of the campaign.

Feyenoord went into the game without star-man Steven Berghuis, who had a knock. However, they had the lead in the sixth minute when Bilal Ould-Chikh pulled down Ridgeciano Haps and Rick Karsdorp netted from the penalty spot.

It was 2-0 in the 21st minute when Luciano Narsingh played a one-two with Luis Sinisterra before slotting past Mike Havekotte. Ten minutes later, Feyenoord were awarded another penalty for a handball and Leroy Fer made it 3-0 from the spot.

Jaap Stam was then able to hand Nicolai Jorgensen his first minutes of the season from the bench in the second half, while Jens Toornstra and Marouan Arzarkan also appeared.

However, in the 77th minute, Edgar Ié scored an own goal to make it 3-1 before Renato Tapia also put the ball into his own net to gift ADO Den Haag a second with seven minutes to go.

Feyenoord hung on for the victory which moves them up to seventh while ADO Den Haag are 14th.
