Reports from Sweden on Friday stated that Feyenoord and Benfica were battling to sign Larsson, who is eager to leave Heerenveen this summer.
However, Voetbal International are now reporting that Feyenoord have agreed a deal for the winger, who will officially sign his contract in Rotterdam this Monday.
The 24-year-old will be the third winger signed by Feyenoord this summer after Jean-Paul Boetius and Steven Berghuis.
This is an awesome signing! I was hoping for either Berghuis or Larsson a few weeks ago. Now we get both! He plays LW most of the time but can also play AMF. I would bet Feyenoord are not done yet either. Nelom and Kramer may both leave. I would like to see another MF brought in and maybe 1 more DF.
Kramer surly won’t leave we don’t otherwise have a second striker?
We have the young prospect in Vente but yes another would be good. Kramer is in his last year and Uthrect has shown interest.
Very nice, bargain price. hopefully now we can forget RvP. ..Larsson takes the number 11 jersey I presume?
