The Netherlands U21 international has excelled in the Eredivisie since joining Heerenveen from Volendam last summer, and his performances have impressed several top clubs.
According to Voetbal International, Feyenoord are one of the sides looking to sign Veerman as they look for a new midfielder this summer.
However, funds in Rotterdam are low this summer and the club will need to sell players before they can make a move for the 21-year-old.
