De Telegraaf are reporting this morning that the 27-year-old will undergo a medical examination today before signing until the end of the season.
The Turkish international can play either on the wing or through the middle, and will offer coach Fred Rutten options as he looks to fill the void left by Graziano Pelle’s departure.
A former Arsenal youth player, Kazim-Richards started his professional career with Bury before moving to Brighton, Sheffield United, Fenerbahce, and Galatasaray, while spending loan periods with Toulouse, Olympiakos, and Blackburn Rovers.
Last season Kazim-Richards signed for Bursaspor, but after failing to net in 16 league appearances, he has been allowed to leave for Rotterdam.
Kazim-Richards has 35 caps for the Turkish national team, netting twice. He could make his debut for Feyenoord this Friday against Heerenveen.
