The fine was imposed after Feyenoord fans, in the opinion of UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body Ethics, toppled a safety fence against HNK Rijeka on October 23rd in Europa League match.
The Rotterdam club, who lost the match 3-1 in Croatia, believes that is not the case and have decided to appeal.
