Mink Peeters has signed a one-and-a-half year deal with Keuken Kampioen Divisie side FC Volendam.

In 2014, Peeters decided to swap Ajax’s academy for Real Madrid but the winger couldn’t make his breakthrough in Spain. He then had unsuccessful loan spells with VVV-Venlo, Almere City FC and the Spanish lower league side Lleida Esportiu.
Last summer, Peeters swapped Madrid for a permanent move to Serbian side FC Cukaricki. However, after failing to make a single appearance, Peeters has returned to the Netherlands.
The 21-year-old has signed a one-and-a-half year deal with FC Volendam. He begins with their reserve side and will look to get his career back on track under the guidance of former Ajax youth coach Wim Jonk, who is head coach at Volendam.
