On Thursday, the KNVB announced that they have started a process that could end with the licence of the club being revoked, but they have until July 1st to sort their finances. The Eerste Divisie side will be allowed to complete the season.

The club raised funds enough funds through fan support and the selling of shares to plug a gap in their finances, but they have around five months to turn their issues around and ensure they remain a professional football club.
