Fraser stated that he does not believe that the decision to announce his departure from Vitesse Arnhem at the end of the season will have an effect on the team.
He said, ”We must perform in the second half of the season.
”I must say that I believe that very few players in the squad are preoccupied with my future. I have a great relationship with my players.
”There is always a mutual understanding of the choices we make as players and managers.
”I do not believe that my authority as a manager will suffer during the remainder of the season. The players and the club have reacted to the news of my departure in a professional way.”
