De Telegraaf are reporting that Galatasaray, who are also set to sign Ajax right back Ricardo van Rhijn, have had a bid of €2.5 million rejected by Heracles for Tannane.
Talks are ongoing with Heracles chairman Jan Smit, who is believed to be hoping to earn €3 million from the sale of the 21-year-old. A deal between the two clubs is expected soon.
Tannane joined Heracles from Heerenveen in 2013, and has been the stand-out player for the club since then. This season the Netherlands U21 international has propelled his side to fourth in the table with seven goals in eleven Eredivisie ties.
