Ryan Gravenberch has admitted he is finding his situation at Bayern Munich difficult.

The midfielder swapped Ajax for Bayern Munich in the summer but he has so far been a reserve for the Bundesliga giants.

Gravenberch remained on the bench as Bayern Munich defeated Freiburg at the weekend and he is yet to start a Bundesliga clash.

Speaking to Abendzeitung, the 20-year-old said, “The situation is not easy for me, of course I want to play. But I have to be patient for now. That’s not easy. Of course I know my quality, but it is what it is. Bayern is a big club with a lot of good players. I must remain calm.”

Gravenberch will be even more frustrated as he remained on the bench for the whole of Bayern’s 5-2 win over Augsburg in the DFB Pokal on Wednesday evening.
