According to Voetbal International, Groningen is determined to keep striker Jorgen Strand Larsen and have rejected an offer from Middlesbrough.

Last month, Groningen rejected an offer from Italian side Bologna for the Norwegian forward, who has been with the club since 2020.
Voetbal International is reporting that Groningen has in the past few days, rejected offers from Middlesbrough which have been close to the €10 million mark.
Groningen are hoping to convince Strand Larsen to sign a new deal, but the forward has previously indicated that he is open to a move away. The 22-year-old has scored 23 times in 62 Eredivisie appearances for Groningen.
