711597Heerenveen got off to a flying start and in the first ten seconds Leonard Nienhuis fouled Mark Uth in the box to earn the home side the quickest ever Eredivisie penalty. Uth picked himself up to slot in from the penalty spot and make it 1-0.

Four minutes into the second half it was 2-0 as Luciano Slagveer’s cross was deverted into his own net by Cambuur’sMarlon Pereira.

Cambuur didn’t give up, and they pulled a goal back in the 55th minute as striker Bartholomew Ogbeche reacted the quickest when Kristoffer Nordfeldt failed to hold on to a free kick.

After the goal Cambuur took control and they found a deserved equaliser on 67 minutes when Etienne Reijnen headed a corner past Nordfeldt. The visitors came the closest to finding a winner but Nordfeldt was alert to stop Furdjel Narsingh.

Heerenveen sit 6th after the draw, while Cambuur are two places above them.
