Volendam have confirmed the signing of striker Henk Veerman from FC Utrecht.

Veerman only joined Utrecht in January from Heerenveen but his chances of playing time have been diminished by the arrival of Daishawn Redan and Bas Dost.
Utrecht have now allowed Veerman to depart for a small transfer fee to his former club Volendam, with the striker signing a three-year deal.
The 31-year-old started his career in Volendam and returns seven years after departing for adventures with Heerenveen, St Pauli and Utrecht. Veerman had previously played 50 times for Volendam, scoring 25 goals.
