Markus Henriksen missed AZ’s tie with NEC on Sunday to conduct talks with Premier League side Hull City.

The Norwegian is expected to leave AZ before the transfer window shuts and was heavily linked to Anderlecht last week. However, it now appears Hull City have won the race to sign the midfielder after agreeing a fee with AZ, who announced the midfielder was holding talks in England on Sunday.

Henriksen has been with AZ since signing from Rosenborg in 2012 and has made 146 appearances for the club, scoring 33 times.
