The 26-year-old is expected to play a lot of games for Heracles as their replacement for the outgoing Cyriel Dessers.
Born in Turkey, Bakis developed in Bayer 04 Leverkusen’s youth academy before playing in his homeland for Kayserispor and Bursaspor. He joins from Austrian Bundesliga side FC Flyeralarm Admira, where he scored 12 goals last season.
“Heracles is a good club for me,” said Bakis on the move. “I hope to be able to make the next step here.”
