Heracles Almelo and FC Twente played out a 2-2 draw in the Twentse derby on Saturday evening.

Heracles took the lead in the sixth minute as Ismail Azzaoui’s strike found the net via Kik Pierie. However, seven minutes later, Twente hit back through Queensy Menig.
Two minutes into the second half, Pierie failed to clear and Rai Vloet fired Heracles back in front. Once again, the lead was short-lived with Danilo equalising in the 50th minute.
That proved to be the final goal of the game with Delano Burgzorg missing a big chance to win it for Heracles.
Twente are seventh after the draw while Heracles are 11th.
