The 21-year-old had a contract in Enschede until 2016, but he has now signed a deal with Heracles for two-years with an option for a third.

Heracles director Nico-Jan Hoogma told the official Heracles site, “We welcome the arrival of this young player who last season played two games for the Netherlands under 20.”

Pelupessy is the second player to swap FC Twente for Heracles this summer after defender Mark Engberink signed on a free deal. This summer is set to be filled with a number of departures from Twente as they look to balance their books after money troubles.
