Speaking on Fox Sports Tafel met Kees on Sunday, Hiddink confirmed that he will stay with Chelsea but only in an advisory role. He will concentrate on the transition of the youth team players to the first team.

Hiddink also confirmed that he has spoken to former Chelsea stars Didier Drogba and Peter Cech about returning to the club when their playing days are over.

He said, “I have spoken with Didier Drogba. I spoke with Peter Cech. These are legends.
