Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar spoke to the NOS after Ajax won 4-1 in Rotterdam against Feyenoord.

Huntelaar scored his 9th goal in De Klassieker to set Ajax on their way to a big win which keeps them five points behind leaders PSV.
After the game, Huntelaar said, ”Today was the 9th goal that I have scored in an Ajax v Feyenoord match and it’s important to keep pace with PSV Eindhoven and also beat our direct rivals in their own stadium.
”It’s fantastic to play in this game. I was raised in the Netherlands and was always aware that this was the big match in Dutch football. You cannot really compare it to Borussia Dortmund v FC Schalke 04 although that game is also special especially away in Dortmund.
”It was a fair match today. There were a lot of battles all over the pitch. It was important to win the second balls today.
”I am really enjoying being back at Ajax and at the moment things are going well.”
