Mohammed Ihattaren has been officially promoted to the PSV Eindhoven first-team.

The 17-year-old made his first-team debut in January during the 2-1 victory over Groningen and has been a part of Mark van Bommel’s selection ever since.

PSV have now confirmed that the Netherlands U19 international has an official spot in the first-team.

Speaking at his press conference on Friday, van Bommel said on the youngster, “Ihattaren is an exceptional player. He has the gift to make the right choice in almost every situation. That’s nice to see.”
