Inter Milan is experiencing an ownership change with Massimo Moratti set to sell the majority of the club to an Indonesian businessman called Erick Thorir and that meant Inter couldn’t focus on the summer transfer window.

In the next few days the negotiation is going to closed, and officially the “neroazzurri” will talk Indonesian. The intentions of Thorir are to build a team like Arsenal, buying young stars around the world.

Among the targets of the new owner are two players of PSV Eindhoven: Jetro Willems and Adam Maher. Several scouts of Inter Milan viewed the return match of PSV against Milan at San Siro and they were shocked by the good performance of Willems and Maher.

Inter Milan has not still talked with PSV, and the transfers will be not easy for the Milano team but if the “new Indonesian” Inter Milan can agree with the  Eindhoven side the right offer, the deal could be done either in winter or at the end of the season.
